Dear Allan Stobart,

I am emailing to say thank you to you and your delivery driver for looking after your clients so well.

You delivered 500 litres of heating fuel to our house earlier this month.

Your driver noticed a problem with the fuel line and took the extra time and trouble to investigate.

He found a leak in the line which we had not previously spotted, and immediately phoned me to discuss the situation and best way of dealing with it.

I got a plumber out quickly and the problem is now rectified.

I thanked him at the time for his diligence, but want to thank your company as well for your excellent standard of service.
