when I put and order in for heating fuel the staff are always helpful and friendly and advise me to unlock the tank if I will not be at home. this happens when they have informed me of the delivery date.
Email received confirming day of delivery. Left the tank unlocked as we wouldn’t be in. Oil delivered and tank locked when we arrived back to the house.
