Was given a delivery date of Wednesday but then contacted to say it’d be Tuesday. On that Tuesday I was phoned with an apology they couldn't make it as the pump on the tanker had failed. The oil was delivered the following day in keeping with the original delivery date. I was impressed by the team letting me know of the problem and the efforts made to ensure I got the oil one day later.
Excellent as always. Ordered on Monday morning, delivered Wednesday morning. We've been buying oil from Stobart for more years than I care to remember and have never had any problems, price is always competitive.
