Always excellent Staff very helpful especially during this difficult time. Would like to thank Chelsea for all her help and understanding when trying to get oil delivery.

Appreciated that it is a difficult time for all supplying and using domestic oil fired heating. I ordered a refill of my tank and was told that the date for delivery would be in 10 days time and indeed it was. Understandably you could not provide the price per litre until the day of delivery. When the invoice came, after the various news items I'd heard covering the price increase, the bill was not quite as frightening. It will still blow our budget but we need the kerosene.

The only issue I had this time was not knowing the price of the oil when I ordered. I didn't find out the cost until the invoice arrived. I appreciate the situation with the oil price being dependent on what is happening in the gulf...but this is the only industry where I don't know what I am paying, everything else in shops, on line has a price and I can decide to buy or (afford to) buy or not. With tradespeople you receive an estimate or a quotation. This is not right and whilst I was prepared for a financial hit, I didn't know how much of a hit, so accurate budgeting went out of the window.

We’ve dealt with Allen Stobart since moving into our rural property just over a year ago. We’ve always found them efficient and courteous. Now as the current crisis causes hardship and difficulties for those of us who rely on oil for heating, hot water and cooking through the winter months, the service both from their office staff and the driver who delivered to us, has been outstanding. Thank you to all of them.

Alwats very helpful, ring me when the tank is getting low and deliver promptly, often before they say they will. Website is very easy to use and they also offer a payment budgeting option.
