A very quick and competitive service. The office staff are really lovely; they couldn't be more helpful, and the delivery drivers are excellent. I used to use a well known online heating oil ordering service but I found that they were consistently more expensive (typically 3-4p per litre more) than going direct with a local supplier. When you're buying c5000 litres per year then it soon adds up to a considerable saving. So I now only ever buy heating oil from Alan Stobart and have done for the last 8 years now.

We have used Allan Stobart Fuels for our domestic heating oil since moving into our property in January 2025. We have recently bought a house with an oil tank - we have never had an oil heating system before, so are a little lost with it all. I called and spoke to Ellie, who was absolutely amazing and she talked through how the oil deliveries work and what we needed to do. We placed our order and had great communication through emails and text messages, letting us know when to expect our delivery. Miles delivered our oil for us and he was a delight to deal with, he explained how to check our tank for oil and the importance of keeping the tank lid clean, so no debris gets inside the tank. I am blown away with the outstanding service that I have received and highly recommend Allan Stobart Fuels, I will not hesitate to use them again for my next delivery.

My heating oil was delivered within two days of ordering it, and was not as expensive a thought it would be. Though my oil tank is quite close to the house, a didn’t realise that the delivery had been made because there was no disturbance.
