As always the delivery was no later than promised and actually a couple of days early which is always appreciated. The tanker drivers are always friendly, helpful and respectful of the property. It’s useful to have the online ordering available again.

I had completely run out of heating oil and rang Stobarts, my long-time supplier, expecting to be told that the earliest delivery would be in a few days or even the following week. The woman who took my call was very sympathetic. She spoke to colleagues and then let me know that she had contacted a tanker driver in my vicinity and diverted him to my address to make an emergency delivery. From phone call to delivery was less than an hour. Absolutely brilliant!!
