Friendly office staff, but could improve communication with delivery drivers. Have two oil tanks and was very clear when making order which needed filling, but this was not relayed so ended up with far more oil in one tank than needed and the near empty one not filled. However once this was pointed out a second delivery was quickly sorted. Would have saved time and money if initial communication better.
They give a first rate service, we live of the main road and they go to the extreme to provide us with fuel. The drivers and office staff are polite and most helpful. We would recommend them to all and anyone.

They arrived and delivered my fuel on the day that they said as well as not causing any issues where the vehicle was parked and nor any damage to property whilst accessing the tank and friendly driver.
