Available to Commercial businesses, Allan Stobart fuel cards allow fuel to be drawn from an extensive network of UK fuel sites. There is a small fee of £3.75 + VAT per card when first applying and for any renewals and replacement cards. All transactions will be collated into one monthly invoice for your convenience. FAQs

How do I apply?

Contact our friendly sales team for an application form. Once returned, our team with set up the card/s and post them to the address of your choice. The pin for each card will be posted seperately for security purposes. 

What if I forget my pin number?

The pin numbers are stored and saved in your secure Allan Stobart account and can be requested by calling 016974 76575

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please call our sales immediately on 016974 76575. The card/s will then be cancelled and a new one will be ordered for you. This will then be posted out to an address of your choosing alongside a new pin number for security purposes. 

Can I change my pin number?

No, the pin will remain the one assigned to the card for duration of its use. 

How do I renew a card that is due to expire?

Our sales team will call you the month before it is due to expire to check if you like it to be renewed. A new card will be ordered and posted out to you to an address of your choosing before the end of the expiration month. 

Can I amend my credit limit?

Each card has a default limit when first ordered. This can be amended to accommodate your business needs, and be set individually per card too. When ordering your card, please inform our sales team of your requirements so the cards can be set up as required. 

Is a credit check required when applying? 

Yes. Each new fuel card applicant will need to have a credit check performed to ensure that the ongoing financial obligations are met. It allows us to check that your business and VAT number are valid and the company registration number is correct. 

Can I pay by Direct Debit? 

To be successful with your fuel card application, setting up a Direct Debit is mandatory. This means you will a singular VAT invoice and a single direct debit payment making your records easily accessible for the HMRC. 

Where can I use my fuel cards? 

There are over 6,500 sites across the UK and by using the E-Route facility you can find fuel stations convenient to your location. E-Route can be used on your desktop, but can also be used via the smartphone app. Click here to view E-Route and give it a test drive. 

How long will it take to receive my card? 

Once your card has been ordered, it will initially be sent to Allan Stobart Lubricants & Fuels for final set up. Once this has been completed, it will then be posted out to an address of your choosing with your pin being sent separately for security purposes. The whole process should take around 10 days from the time of ordering.
