Reduce distribution costs by combining your order with your local buying group
Village buying groups run throughout the year from January to November. Due to an increase in demand around the Christmas period, group orders will not be available during December. By combining orders within your village, this reduces distribution costs and therefore becomes economical allowing us to provide a more competitive price for your fuel.
Unlike some other third-party companies, our village buying groups are FREE to join and are managed solely by an independent group leader and the same price is offered to all group participates regardless of the quantity that they order (the minimum quantity that can be ordered is still 500 litres).
We also offer a Monthly Savers Plan that allows you to spread the cost of your heating oil over the year, making paying for your home heating oil one less thing to worry about. The monthly savers plan is a monthly direct debit that allows you to build credit in your account to put towards future orders.
Group orders must be submitted by midday of the Friday prior to the delivery to secure a delivery slot during the following week. The orders will be placed before a final price is confirmed via email or text which gives you the option to opt out if you wish. The price
The price is given within 48 hours before the deliveries are due to ensure that the most competitive price possible once we know the exact number of drops that are being made. Debit card details must be provided at the time of ordering to reserve the delivery slot - no payment is taken until the price and delivery quantity have been confirmed. If you are already a member of our Savers Plan, we will take your order total from your balance. If there is not enough in your account to cover the cost of the delivery, we would need to take an extra payment by card by calling us on 016974 76575
