WCF Ltd, formerly known as West Cumberland Farmers, is made up of decentralised businesses operating across a variety of industries. These include retail, mail order, e-commerce, logistics and leisure.
WCF has proudly operated for over 110 years and in that time the main focus has always been putting the customers first - something Allan Stobart also committed himself to. In 2016, Allan Stobart Lubricants and Fuels was acquired by the WCF family and now operates alongside sister companies: WCF North East, WCF North West and WCF Chandlers.
With a combined fleet of over 80 tankers across 12 deports, the four businesses cover areas from Norfolk to Lincolnshire to Humberside to Northumberland and from Lancashire to Cumbria and Southern Scotland.
Although Allan Stobarts still operates independently to cover our own geographical areas, we also frequently collaborate with the other companies to share best practice and find ways to ensure our service is always the highest standard. Our fuels customer base ranges from domestic heating oil customers in rural locations, through agriculture and farmers, a small number of retail filling stations, hauliers, construction and commercial customers.
